1. General Cancellation Terms
- Cancellation requests made through phone calls or social media messages will not be considered valid.
The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your written request.
2. Cancellation Charges

Note: Refunds are applicable only to the booking amount. Convenience or transaction fees are non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the event date.
Rescheduling is subject to availability of the assigned photographer/videographer.
One-time rescheduling is allowed free of charge. Additional changes may incur a nominal fee.
4. Force Majeure
In case of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions, we will offer:
Full rescheduling at no extra cost, or
Full refund after deducting administrative charges (if applicable)
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been initiated.
