Client cancellation
Cancellations close to the shoot date may be non-refundable if crew, travel, venue coordination, or production resources have already been committed.
Date changes
Date changes are subject to team availability and may require revised pricing if travel, crew, or deliverable scope changes.
FliqaIndia cancellation
If FliqaIndia cannot deliver the confirmed service due to internal reasons, an alternate team or suitable refund will be discussed with the client.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or agreed account within a reasonable banking timeline.
