Operator

These terms are a draft for Fliqa Spot, a product of FliqaIndia Pvt. Ltd. Contact support@fliqaindia.com. They are not final until the company approves them.

The service

Fliqa Spot lets people browse published photography locations, and, after signing in, save places and organise shoot plans. This website introduces the app. It does not provide booking, payment, or a searchable map.

The app source reviewed here is version 0.1.0. The Android package is com.fliqaindia.fliqaspots. The iOS bundle identifier is com.fliqaindia.spot. No Google Play or App Store URL is published on this website.

Accounts

Guests can browse. Saving locations, creating collections, keeping shoot plans, and submitting suggestions require an account. You are responsible for the sign-in on that account.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law, interfere with the service, impersonate another person, or submit a location, photo, or note you do not have the right to share.

Suggestions you submit

A suggestion is available only to a signed-in account, and a guest cannot submit one. A draft on the account is not public. This draft does not transfer or waive rights beyond that description, and it does not promise that a suggestion will be published.

Location information

Location pages describe published places. They can be incomplete or out of date. They are not directions you must follow, and they are not a statement that a place is open, safe, or available for photography.

A listed photography location does not automatically grant permission for professional shoots, commercial filming, or drone operations.

Maps

The app can show an explore map. A Google Maps key is optional in the app configuration. When a map is shown, the map provider’s own terms also apply to that map. This website does not embed the map.

Availability and suspension

The service can change, pause, or stop. An account can be limited if it is used in a way this draft describes as unacceptable. The exact suspension process is reserved for the final terms.

Deletion

Account deletion that removes the Firebase sign-in is the in-app flow described on the account-deletion page. The website form records a request for review and does not itself delete the account. Published locations remain in the catalogue.

Law

The governing law and venue for a final version of these terms are subject to legal review. This draft does not state them as decided.
