Can I apply if I live outside Kolkata?
Yes. For our Lead Photographer roles, we shoot destination events across India. For editing roles, we support remote setups as long as you have high-speed connectivity.
Do you hire entry-level creatives?
While we look for a baseline of craft competence, we offer junior roles and assistant spots where you can train alongside experienced directors.
What gear requirements do you have?
Core full-time staff use studio-provided production setups. Contract/project creatives are expected to own professional-grade bodies, prime setups, and reliable backup kits.
