Whether you are a wedding couple organizing ceremonies on Fliqa WedPlan, a filmmaker scouting venues on Fliqa Spot, or a corporate partner submitting inquiries, we design our systems to process only the minimal necessary data with strict encryption and zero unauthorized resale.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on the platform or service you engage with, we may collect the following categories of data:

• Direct Communications & Inquiries: Full name, verified email address, telephone contact, organization name, and message contents submitted via corporate contact forms.
• Platform Account Data: Authentication identifiers, encrypted credentials, and user preferences when creating accounts within mobile applications.
• Event Logistics & Media: Ceremony itineraries, guest counts, and authorized photographs uploaded for event coordination or archival book production.
• Technical & Usage Telemetry: Anonymized browser version, device OS, IP addresses, session duration, and crash telemetry utilized exclusively to enhance system reliability.

3. Protection of Media & Biometric Facial Indices

Where AI-assisted photo sorting or face clustering features are activated (e.g., within event gallery delivery):

• • Facial embeddings are computed as mathematical vector representations, not raw stored facial scans.
• • Vector embeddings are stored exclusively during the active event gallery window and are automatically expunged after delivery completion.
• • We never use client wedding or portrait media to train public generative foundation models.

4. Zero Third-Party Monetization

FliqaIndia does not sell, lease, trade, or monetize personal user information to third-party data brokers, advertising exchanges, or external commercial entities. Data is shared exclusively with contracted infrastructure providers (such as Google Cloud Firestore, Firebase Auth, and Hostinger Web Hosting) strictly under secure data processing agreements.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 and international privacy regimes, you maintain complete sovereignty over your information:

• • Right to Review: Request a full export of personal data held across our systems.
• • Right to Correction: Rectify inaccurate or outdated corporate or personal information.
• • Right to Erasure: Request permanent deletion of your account and associated uploaded media files.
