1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website and portal, subscribing to our services, or initiating a project booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to all terms, you are prohibited from using this website and booking our creative services.

2. Service Scope and Quotes

FliqaIndia provides professional photography, videography, cinematic filmmaking, drone coverage, and post-production design (e.g., photo editing, album design). All price lists, packages, and options displayed on our website or configurator profiles are illustrative. Confirmed pricing is only established in a written proposal or project contract sent to you after discovering your specific dates, location, and creative brief.

3. Bookings & Confirmation

A booking is considered legally confirmed only when:

1. Both parties agree in writing to the service package, dates, and deliverables.
2. The client completes the initial advance booking payment specified in the project proposal.
3. We issue a formal confirmation receipt or event booking confirmation.

Unconfirmed dates remain open to other clients, and we do not hold dates without the initial advance payment.

4. Client Responsibilities

To ensure a successful production, the client agrees to:

• Provide accurate event timings, addresses, and coordinator contact details at least 7 days before the shoot.
• Secure all necessary permits, passes, and shoot permissions required by the venue, hotel, or local authorities (especially for drone aerial photography).
• Provide safe working environments, adequate crew meals, and agreed-upon transport/accommodation provisions for our on-site team.

5. Creative Discretion & Turnaround

Our creative directors and editing teams retain ultimate creative discretion over the style, composition, color grading, and selection of delivered media. Typical turnaround times for raw and finished selections are defined in your specific package proposal. Standard delivery windows are estimated, and delays due to customer response times (e.g., selecting photos for print albums) or unexpected post-production requirements do not constitute a breach of contract.

6. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in a written corporate contract, FliqaIndia retains full copyright ownership of all photographs, raw footage, and finished films captured during the project.

• Personal Usage: Wedding and celebration clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual, personal license to share, print, and display their deliverables. Commercial use or sale of these assets requires prior written authorization.
• Commercial Usage: For brand and corporate projects, licensing details, intellectual property transfers, and usage durations are governed by the commercial agreement signed before the project begins.

7. Prohibited Website Use

You are prohibited from using our website, customer portal, or booking system to upload malicious files, scrape code or client portfolios, bypass access controls, or post false or defamatory content.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
