Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing FliqaIndia Private Limited. We value your trust and aim to provide the best photography and creative services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our services.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders for services or bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase/booking.
  • Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be eligible for a full refund, especially if the service has already been scheduled or delivered.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team directly.

Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original method of payment.
  • In case of duplicate payments or failed transactions, the amount will be refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds are not applicable once a photography session, creative service, or digital product has been delivered, unless there is a verified defect or issue.
  • For damaged or incorrect deliverables, clients must notify us within 48 hours of delivery for eligibility.

Non-Refundable Services

  • Customized services, digital downloads, or projects already in execution are non-refundable.
  • Any part of the service that has already been completed will not be eligible for a refund.
